this is the email i have sent to hurstwood regarding the old cotton exchange

Hello i am currently studying photography at Blackburn college and i have a project on abandoned and disused buildings. I was wondering if it would be possible for me and a few other students to enter the cotton exchange and photograph it.

Thank you for your email.  I am afraid that we are unable to open the building up to the public due to insurance/ health and safety risks.
